Lizbeth Oliveras, NASM-CPT, is a Personal Trainer for IronPlate Studios. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and English and worked in the school system for many years. It is in that environment where she learned the importance of patience, listening to others, and staying healthy and happy despite long hours and busy schedules.
