30 Minute Sessions

Solo Session (initial assessment): $60 

10 sessions: $550 ($55/Session)

20 SESSIONS: $1,000 ($50/SESSION)

30 SESSIONS: $1,350 ($45/SESSION)


60 Minute Sessions

SOLO SESSION (INITIAL ASSESSMENT): $125 

10 SESSIONS: $1,000 ($100/SESSION)

20 SESSIONS: $1,900 ($95/SESSION)

30 SESSIONS: $2,700 ($90/SESSION)


Couples Training

Sweat it out with a friend or a spouse by trying our couples training sessions. Great for friends or with your man or girl. Affordable and just as effective as private!

10 30-MINUTE SESSIONS: $800

20 30-MINUTE SESSIONS: $1,500

30 30-Minute SESSIONS: $2,100

High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) Sessions

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of all appointments requires 24 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment or you will be charged for that session.
